Hello! My name is Mia Olivares, and I’m the proud director and creator of Sunflower Kids Daycare. My passion for working with children began at a young age. Growing up as an older sister, I quickly realized how much I valued being a mentor and guide to my younger siblings. That experience sparked a deep love for nurturing and helping children grow, and I knew I wanted to bring that same care and attention to children outside of my family.

The joy of seeing children excited to come to school every day and knowing I have a role in their growth motivates me every day.

Our Aim & Mission
I am CPR and First Aid certified, fingerprinted with Livescan, and have an educational background in child development. Over the years, I’ve also taken various classes focused on children’s nutrition and overall wellness, continually expanding my knowledge to provide the best care possible.
